René Becker

My approach connects two things that are usually treated separately: peak performance and pain-free movement. The foundation is neurocentric training – originally developed in elite sport.

At every moment, your brain decides how much strength, mobility and speed it allows. When it feels unsafe, it puts on the brakes. That is why old injuries often keep holding you back long after the tissue has healed. This is exactly where I start: I train your eyes, balance, breathing and body awareness – and build real strength and athletic training on top of that.

I work with bodybuilders of all divisions, combat athletes, endurance athletes and people who want to get back to training after surgery or injury.

How we work together

Every coaching follows the same logic: first understand what your nervous system currently allows – then unlock it and build on it.

Step 1

Assess

Tests for eyes, balance, breathing and movement show where your system is holding back performance.

Step 2

Neuro Reset

Short, targeted drills improve the information your brain receives. We check the effect immediately with a re-test.

Step 3

Build

On that basis comes the actual training: strength, athleticism, body composition or contest prep.

In practice

Tests, drills and training – with combat athletes, competitors and people who want to train freely again.
